If your delivery is under 3 kilos it will be delivered by Royal Mail. All other heavy items are usually delivered by UPS Courier service
As it is not always possible to be in to receive your goods Royal Mail and UPS have instructions to leave a Card to allow you to re-arrange delivery. Should you be left with a delivery failure card this will contain important information such as consignment number (parcel number) and a local Royal Mail/UPS depot telephone number which you will need when chasing your delivery. Please do not throw this card away before receiving your re-delivery/collection.

If you are ordering from the European Community please note that delivery charges will apply. These charges will be shown at the checkout process. All European deliveries are carried out by either Royal Mail Airmail or DHL Euro 48
Toy Safari Returns Policy:
Toy Safari complies with the Distance Selling Regulations.
To return a product you must comply with the following:
Inform us by phone, post, or e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return any product supplied by us.
Non faulty products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for a refund of product value only. (return postage/carrier cost will be the customers expense).
Non faulty products returned within 7 days must be in original packaging, unopened and suitable for re-sale.
Returned goods must have details of customer name,address, telephone number and reason for return enclosed.
What we will refund:
(Non faulty products) Full sale price charged for product only, subject to the above conditions being met.
(Faulty products) Product exchange if possible will be offered or a full refund including delivery charges if returned within 30 days of receipt.
Toy Safari Ltd definition of faulty product is a product with a manufacturing defect.
Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
